These Terms & Conditions set out the rules, policies, responsibilities, and expectations applicable to students and parents/guardians using Mentora Edge's educational services. By enrolling at Mentora Edge, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and any official updates communicated by the institute.
Admission & Information
Requirements for enrolment and student information.
- Admission to Mentora Edge is strictly based on submission of valid and accurate information by the student or guardian.
Courses & Withdrawal
Conditions applicable after enrolment.
- Once enrolled, students may add new courses but cannot withdraw from their existing courses under any circumstances.
Fees & Payment
Fee payment requirements and applicable late charges.
- All fees once paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of each month. For genuine reasons, a grace period of 3 days will be provided. Delay beyond this period will incur a fine of ₹25 per day.
Tests & Academic Conduct
Assessment, progress reporting, and academic integrity.
- Weekly tests are conducted to assess academic performance. Any form of misconduct, cheating, or unfair means during tests may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination.
- Progress reports of weekly tests will be provided and must be shown to parents/guardians and signed by them.
Electronic Gadgets & Belongings
Classroom discipline and submitted belongings.
- Students must submit electronic gadgets, including smartphones, smartwatches, or similar devices, at the office to maintain classroom discipline.
- In case of loss of submitted belongings, equivalent reimbursement will be made by the institute.
Identity Card
Identification during coaching classes.
- Students must wear the ID card issued by Mentora Edge every day while attending coaching classes.
Discipline, Attendance & Conduct
Expected behaviour within the Mentora Edge learning environment.
- Students are expected to maintain discipline, punctuality, regular attendance, and respectful conduct towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.
Study Materials & Intellectual Use
Conditions for using educational material supplied by the institute.
- Study materials provided by Mentora Edge are strictly for personal academic use and must not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form.
Changes to Institute Policies
Updates to schedules, faculty, curriculum, and rules.
- Mentora Edge reserves the right to modify schedules, faculty, curriculum, policies, or rules when required. Any changes will be communicated through official announcements.
Student Data
The current policy regarding student information.
- Student data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
Acceptance of Terms
Agreement by students and parents/guardians.
- By enrolling at Mentora Edge, students and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all rules, policies, and updates issued by the institute.
